PHI Health is seeking experienced Flight Paramedics to join our elite team. You will provide advanced medical care in pre-hospital and inter-facility transport scenarios from various locations nationwide.

Key requirements include active paramedic certification, 3+ years of field experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS; FP-C within 24 months is preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Active paramedic certification is required.
• Minimum of three years Paramedic field experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP and PHTLS/ITLS; NRP and instructor certs preferred.
• FP-C within 24 months of hire.
• Flight/transport experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare preferred.
• Must pass pre-placement physical, background check and medical clearance.
• Weight must be under 235 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill or injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility transports.
• Perform advanced assessments, diagnoses, therapies and emergency treatments.
• Document assessment, treatment and billing information accurately.
• Maintain communication with management and stakeholders.
• Participate in PR/marketing activities and ongoing education.
• Maintain competency through meetings, chart reviews, labs and rotations.
• Fulfill annual recurrent competency requirements.
• Maintain active paramedic certification and other required credentials.
• Operate within Medical Director guidance and health department regulations.
