Job summary

PHI Air Medical in Richmond, Texas is seeking experienced Flight Paramedics to join our elite crew. You will provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill or injured patients during pre‑hospital and inter‑facility transports aboard rotor‑wing and fixed‑wing aircraft.

Must hold an active paramedic certification, have at least three years of field experience (five preferred), and obtain FP‑C within 24 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Active paramedic certification required.
• 3+ years of field experience preferred; 5 years ideal.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS; NRP preferred.
• FP-C certification to be obtained within 24 months of hire.
• Instructor certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comprehensive care during pre-hospital and inter-facility transports.
• Document assessments, treatments, and billing information accurately.
• Maintain certifications and participate in required training.
• Collaborate with medical leadership and field teams to ensure quality care.
