Qualifications

• Active Paramedic Certification in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 3 years paramedic field experience; 5 years preferred.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS; NRP and instructor certs preferred.
• FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care per protocols.
• Collaborate with flight teams, patients, and healthcare providers.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment to ensure readiness.
• Participate in ongoing training to elevate care standards.

Requirements:

• Currentcertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP andinstructor certifications preferred).
• FP-Ccertification within24 months of hire.
• Flightor transport experience preferred.
• Successfulcompletion of the Medical Group education/orientation program.
• Bachelor'sdegree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills, including verbal clarity in person andover the phone.
• Basiccomputer skills for electronic charting, email, and reporting.
• Abilityto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength andflexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), drug screening,and background check.
• Mustmaintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.
