You will provide life-saving pre-hospital and in-flight care, collaborate with flight crews and external providers, and maintain readiness of equipment for emergencies. Requirements include active Paramedic Certification in Texas, 3+ years field experience (5 years preferred), current BLS/ACLS/PALS/PEPP/PHTLS/ITLS, FP-C within 24 months, and a healthcare

Qualifications

• Active Paramedic Certification in Texas.
• 3+ years paramedic field experience (5 years preferred).
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS/PEPP/PHTLS/ITLS certifications.
• FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care according to protocols.
• Collaborate with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment to ensure readiness for emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain high care standards.
• Rotation on schedule based on operational needs.

Requirements:

• ActiveParamedic Certification in the state of employment.
• Minimumof 3 years of paramedic field experience in a busy 911/pre-hospitalservice (5 years preferred).
• Currentcertifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP andinstructor certifications preferred).
• FP-Ccertification within24 months of hire.
• Flightor transport experience preferred.
• Successfulcompletion of the Medical Group education/orientation program.
• Bachelor'sdegree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills, including verbal clarity in person andover the phone.
• Basiccomputer skills for electronic charting, email, and reporting.
• Abilityto pass a pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam (strength andflexibility assessment, including lifting up to 100 pounds), drug screening,and background check.
• Mustmaintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.
