Job summary

Survival Flight Inc. is seeking Flight Paramedics to join our air medical teams based in Florida. You will bring your critical care and prehospital expertise to in-flight patient management, working alongside aviation professionals to deliver rapid, safe transport where every second matters.

Ideal candidates hold FL/AL/GA paramedic licenses, National Registry, and FP-C or CCP-C, with 3+ years in high-volume EMS. BLS/ACLS/PALS and PHTLS or ITLS are required; NRP is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Current Florida, Alabama, and Georgia Paramedic License.
  • National Registry Paramedic Certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in a high-volume EMS ground service.
  • Current FP-C (Flight Paramedic-Certified) OR CCP-C (Critical Care Paramedic-Certified) certification - Required.
  • Current BLS.
  • Current ACLS.
  • Current PALS.
  • Current PHTLS or ITLS.
  • NRP preferred.
  • Maximum 230-pound weight limit.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-flight critical care and rapid medical assessment for patients.
  • Collaborate with aviation and medical teams to deliver safe, timely care.
  • Ensure adherence to CAMTS/NAAMTA standards and aviation safety protocols.
  • Maintain equipment readiness and patient documentation during transport.
