Job summary

PHI Health in Manassas, VA seeks Flight Paramedics to provide rapid, high-quality medical care during air and ground transports. You will work under the Base Medical Supervisor, delivering critical care and documentation while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Eligible candidates hold active paramedic certification, BLS/ACLS/PALS and related credentials; FP-C within 24 months is expected. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active paramedic certification in the employed state.
• Minimum 3 years (5 preferred) in busy 911/pre-hospital service.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP and PHTLS/ITLS; NRP preferred; instructor certs preferred.
• FP-C within 24 months of hire.
• Flight/transport experience preferred.
• Must complete PHI Air Medical Group orientation.
• Body weight below 235 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill/injured patients in pre-hospital and transport settings.
• Document information for assessment, treatment, and billing during stabilization and transport.
• Maintain communication with management, customers, and partners.
• Participate in PR and marketing activities.
• Stay current with certifications, training, and equipment reviews.
