PHI Health in Rushville, IN seeks a Flight Paramedic to join our life-saving team. You will provide advanced care during pre-hospital and inter-facility transports, working under the Base Medical Supervisor.

Active paramedic certification, 3–5 years field experience, and a strong set of clinical credentials (BLS/ACLS/PALS/ITLS/NRP) are required; FP-C within 24 months is preferred. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Active paramedic certification in the state employed.
• 3–5 years field Paramedic experience in a busy 911/pre-hosp setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP and PHTLS/ITLS; NRP preferred; Instructor certs preferred.
• FP-C within 24 months of hire.
• Flight/transport experience preferred.
• Must pass PHI Air Medical Group orientation.
• Pass pre-placement physical, drug screen, and background check; weight <235 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill or injured patients in flight or inter-facility transports.
• Perform complex assessments, therapies, and emergency treatments.
• Document assessment, treatment, and billing information accurately.
• Maintain effective communication with management and external partners.
• Participate in PR and marketing activities as needed.
• Maintain knowledge through meetings, chart reviews, skill labs, and continuing education.
• Maintain required certifications and regulatory compliance under Medical Director guidance.
