The role requires current paramedic license, 3+ years ALS/critical care experience, and advanced certifications; work with pilots, EMS teams, and hospitals to ensure readiness and safety.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted paramedic license in required states and ability to obtain others.
• Minimum 3 years ALS experience with critical care transport.
• Current BLS and ACLS; PALS/PEPP credentials.
• FP‑C/CCP‑C or EMS Instructor credentials within two years.

Responsibilities

• Review transport requests and complete handoff; assess patient and plan care.
• Stabilize, treat, and transport adult, pediatric, neonatal patients as per scope of care.
• Monitor patient status; recognize deterioration and initiate interventions or consult medical control.
• Maintain advanced airway, ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring and medications as indicated.
• Provide clear communication to patients, families, and receiving teams; ensure continuity of care.
