Job summary

Guardian Flight, LLC is seeking a Flight Paramedic in Quartzsite, AZ to join a team of air transportation professionals. The role emphasizes safe patient transport to medical facilities and scene call work with a focus on high safety standards.

The position offers a starting annual range of $79,000–$81,000, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus payable in two installments after training. A 3 days on/6 days off rotation and company-paid crew housing are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a 911 or critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatched flight within the required timeframe.
• Perform daily base checks, including narcotics count.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital ALS care from initial contact to handoff.
• Maintain competency through ongoing training and clinical experiences.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety documentation.
