Job summary

SkyWest is seeking a Flight Ops IOE Coordinator to schedule and support pilot new hire and routine training. You will coordinate IOE assignments with Training, HR, and Crew Planning, ensuring accurate rosters and progress tracking.

The role requires MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and flexibility to work non-standard hours. On-the-job training is provided, with growth opportunities within SkyWest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to relocate to St. George, UT or Denver, CO if needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and support all pilots for IOE and training.
• Coordinate with Training, HR, and Crew Planning on rosters and IOE status.
• Maintain IOE information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Monitor students' progress through the IOE process.
• Assist with department phones and travel arrangements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
