Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Cost Account Manager (CAM) for Flight Operations to oversee financial operations, drive data analytics initiatives, and support test and production missions. You will establish program budgets, develop monthly ETC, monitor Earned Value health, and lead cross‑functional teams in applying innovative analytics across the engineering lifecycle.

A U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (System, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical, Computer/Software, etc.) from an accredited college.
• Experience with proposals.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
• Experience working with Tableau.
• Develop interactive data analytics dashboards to monitor operational performance (Tableau).
• Experience with data analytics.
• SECRET security clearance with investigation within the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Overseeing financial operations for Flight Operations.
• Driving data analytics initiatives and supporting test and production missions.
• Establish program budget baselines.
• Develop monthly ETC and monitor Earned Value health metrics.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance throughout the lifecycle of contractual tasks.
• Define analytics and analysis requirements for tools and processes.
• Lead the team in applying innovative analysis methods and techniques.
