Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Finance Analyst Staff supporting the F-35 Program Finance team. You will partner with program teams to ensure accurate financial execution, EVMS compliance, and high-quality performance reporting.

Responsibilities include supporting EAC development, baseline management, variance analysis, and preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables while maintaining data integrity across Cobra, Empower, PM Compass, SAP and related systems.

Qualifications

• MS Excel with Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and databases for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience budgeting and tracking financials.
• Experience with EVMS or cost/schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Support all EAC activities including data collection, model updates, variance analysis, and review readiness.
• Perform budget baselining, change control, and financial integration across engineering labor control accounts.
• Manage EVMS responsibilities, ensuring compliance with program requirements and standards.
• Conduct data mining, trend analysis, and financial metrics reporting for leadership and customer updates.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly program performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CAMs, Program Management, Engineering, and other teams to align on financial status and forecasts.
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects requiring detailed financial evaluation and clear presentation of results.
• Maintain data integrity within Cobra, Empower, PM Compass, SAP and related systems.
