Job summary

Endeavor Air in Minneapolis, MN seeks Non-Seniority List Ground Instructors to prepare and present pilot training, assist in classroom design, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with the Fleet Manager, develop courseware, and maintain training records for ongoing and new-hire pilots.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or related experience, FAA Private Pilot license (preferred), and a Commercial pilot license with instrument/multi-engine ratings or CFI (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience.
• FAA Private Pilot license preferred.
• Commercial pilot license with instrument and multi engine ratings and/or CFI preferred.
• Reliable and self-motivated; strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination and scheduling of classroom training.
• Develop courseware, outlines, training modules, lesson plans and graphics.
• Ensure course content meets regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Fleet Manager for standardization.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Keep training facilities clean and organized.
• Review industry publications to stay current on methods and regulations.
• Contribute to special training projects as needed.
