Job summary

gategroup is seeking a Coordinator to align meal counts with customer counts for each day’s flights. You will review flights with the onboard service crew and handle related calls, logs and paperwork to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, up to one year of experience, and a valid U.S. driver's license. You must read and write forms and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Work Experience: Up to one-year experience preferred.
• Language/Communication: Must be able to read and write to complete required forms; communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates meal counts with customer counts for each day’s flights.
• Reviews assigned flights with the customers’ onboard service crew.
• Handles calls, keeps logs, communicates problems and delays, and handles relevant paperwork.
• Communicates with onboard service staff about flight components, passenger counts and meals.
