Job summary

PHI Health is seeking Flight Nurses to join our elite team in Buckeye, AZ. You will provide rapid, high-level patient care during pre-hospital and inter-facility transports aboard rotor-wing, fixed-wing, and ground missions.

Qualified candidates have an active RN license, 3+ years of critical care or emergency experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. NRP preferred and PHI education/orientation will be provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state employed.
• Minimum 3 years, 5 preferred, of critical care/emergency experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS; NRP preferred.
• Flight or transport experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill/injured patients during pre-hospital and inter-facility transport.
• Document accurate information for assessment, treatment, and billing.
• Maintain communication with management and external customers; support PR/marketing efforts.
• Maintain flight nursing knowledge through meetings, reviews, labs, rotations, and ongoing education.
• Complete annual competency requirements and operate under Medical Director guidance.
