PHI Health is hiring an RN Flight Nurse in Albuquerque, NM to provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill or injured patients in pre-hospital settings and during inter-facility transports. The role requires an active RN license and current critical care credentials, with flight/transport experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in the state of employment.
• Minimum 3 years (5 years preferred) of critical care/emergency experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS; NRP preferred; instructor certs preferred.
• CFRN within 24 months of hire; flight/transport experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill/injured patients in pre-hospital and transport settings.
• Document accurate information for assessment, treatment, and billing during stabilization and transport.
• Maintain effective communication with management and internal/external customers.
• Participate in activities supporting PR and marketing efforts.
