Job summary

PHI Health, LLC is seeking a highly skilled RN with critical care experience to join our Albuquerque, NM flight nursing team. The role provides safe and comprehensive care to critically ill or injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility transports via rotor-wing, fixed-wing, or ground ambulance.

You will work under the Medical Director's protocols, maintain essential certifications, and participate in quality and safety initiatives while supporting PR and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Mexico.
• Minimum three years of critical care/emergency experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNATC/ITLS or PHTLS; NRP preferred.
• Pre-placement physical and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill or injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility transports.
• Perform wide range of specialized assessments, therapies, and emergency treatments.
• Document accurate clinical and billing information.
• Maintain effective communication with management and external customers.
• Support PR and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain competency through meetings, reviews, labs, rotations, and continuing education.
• Complete annual recurrent competencies and adhere to protocols.
