Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Flight Nurse to transport patients and support air medical operations. You will work with a team of aviation clinicians to provide safe, high-quality patient care in critical settings.

Position includes a starting salary of $97,000–$100,000 per year, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a 5 days on / 10 days off schedule. Company-paid crew housing is provided while on shift.

Qualifications

• Three years of Emergency or Adult Critical Care RN experience.
• Current RN license in states served by the area.
• EMT and Trauma Certifications where required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required before flight status (NRP training provided).
• CFRN required within 24 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess each situation to determine best action for critical care patients.
• Support, monitor and treat adult or pediatric patients per physician orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stocked aircraft environment and perform base checks.
• Collaborate with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Communicate shift-change information and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the role.
• Commit to punctuality, reliability, professionalism, and safety standards.
