Guardian Flight, Inc. is hiring a Flight Nurse to join our air-transport team, delivering safe patient transport and scene call services. You will work within a professional team that upholds high safety standards for crew and patients.

Responsibilities include assessing patients in critical care, collaborating with flight and ground teams, and ensuring proper documentation and equipment. The clinic emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous training.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of emergency or adult critical care experience as a licensed RN.
• Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
• EMT Certification and Trauma Certification where required.
• BL S, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status (NRP provided during training).
• CFRN required within 24 months from date of hire.

Aufgaben

• Assess each situation to determine the best course of action to support, monitor and treat patients in critical care situations.
• Utilize critical thinking to manage the critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patient and support physicians’ orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment with base checks and safety briefings.
• Collaborate and communicate with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Share shift-change information and maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training for the position.
• Committed to being on-time, reliable, professional, and meeting elevated safety standards.
