Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain US citizenship and security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, physics, or related field.
• Experience deriving and allocating requirements with traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
• 1+ years of systems engineering experience (requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design).
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience with propulsion GNC and avionics design/integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop system architecture solutions.
• Plan and lead high NRE projects.
• Resolve technical issues to ensure flight-worthiness prior to delivery.
• Develop solutions to assure customer satisfaction.
• Perform trade studies to meet program requirements.
• Assist with analyses to optimize total system performance.
• Teach and mentor other systems engineers.
• This position is 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA.
