Job summary

Air Methods is seeking a Clinical Education professional to evaluate clinical compliance and quality, oversee orientation, and develop training content for flight crews within the assigned region. The role includes mentoring clinicians on education plans and coordinating accreditation activities.

The candidate will lead simulation-based learning, develop content for new hires and recurrent staff, and assist in maintaining and improving clinical quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or nursing degree required.
• Five+ years related experience and/or training.
• Flight experience (4+) and education/instructor background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new employee orientation and preceptors.
• Collaborate with RCEM and RCD to oversee clinical preceptorship.
• Develop and deliver continuing education for regional crews.
• Integrate simulation and learning tech to improve competency.
• Assist with accreditation processes and renewal activities.
• Evaluate performance and use data for continuous improvement.
