Texas State Technical College (TSTC) seeks an Instructor to deliver approved curriculum and assessments in an applied learning environment, guiding students with mentorship and clear feedback. You will prepare syllabi, deliver high‑quality instruction, organize classes, and maintain records while promoting program recruitment and student success.

Qualifications

• FAA regulatory knowledge and current medical certificate required.
• Ability to mentor/training at the highest safety standard.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professionalism.
• Regulatory requirements for Private Pilot, Instrument, Commercial and CFI certifications.
• Commercial license and current CFI certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality instruction and facilitate student learning.
• Prepare syllabi and instructional plans; organize daily classes.
• Mentor students and provide constructive feedback for growth.
• Assist in program recruitment and engagement activities.
