Nemours Children's Hospital in Orlando is seeking a Flight Nurse (RN) for Critical Care Transport. This full-time FLEX role covers days and nights with 3 12's. The position includes tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually and relocation assistance.

The environment is a pediatric hospital with a 100-bed capacity and a dedicated 24-hour ED. Qualified candidates hold ASN, Florida RN license, NRP, and have 3+ years of CCU/ED/NICU/CICU experience; relocation and tuition support are available.

Qualificações

• ASN required.
• Active Florida RN license required.
• National certification in clinical specialty preferred.
• Minimum of three years critical care experience (ED, ICU, NICU, CICU) required.
• NRP certification required; BLS, PALS, ACLS required within hire timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care within the flight transport setting.
• Utilize clinical judgment to guide patient care decisions during transport.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient handoffs.
• Maintain, update, and implement care plans during flight
