Pscfl is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Ground CCT unit to assess, plan, implement, and supervise patient care. The role involves staffing on AIR units as needed and upholding patient rights under supervision of the LifeFlight Medical Director.

12-hour shifts are scheduled. The role requires Florida RN licensure or eNLC, active AHA PALS/ACLS/BLS, and neonatal resuscitation training within required timelines, plus extensive acute care and neonatal experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure Florida or multi-state eNLC active and in good standing.
• PALS, ACLS, and BLS current and active.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 30 days; trauma certifications within 6 months; CFRN/CCRN/CNPT within 18 months.

Responsabilités

• Communicates patient progress and changes in condition with physicians and care team.
• Completes admission history and discharge planning.
• Performs nursing assessments and documentation.
• Delivers and documents plan of care in collaboration with disciplines.
• Educates patient/family on health needs and safety.
• Maintains safe working environment with thorough hand-offs and infection prevention.
• Prevents medication errors and reduces falls and infections.
