Job summary

Nemours Children’s Hospital is seeking a Flight Nurse (RN) for Critical Care Transport, full-time FLEX days and nights. The role includes 3 shifts in a FLEX schedule, with tuition reimbursement and relocation assistance.

Located in Orlando, FL, this position emphasizes high-acuity pediatric transport and a comprehensive benefits package. The RN will implement the patient care delivery model, exercise clinical judgment, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and ensure family-centered care

Qualifications

• ASN/Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Active Florida or multi-state RN license required.
• National certification in area of clinical specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per the ANA standards.
• Apply clinical judgment to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Engage in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient transport.
• Maintain patient/family-centered care and advocacy during transport.

Education

ASN / Associate Degree in Nursing

Active Florida RN license or multi-state
