Responsibilities

• Lead environmental and stress testing, including HALT and HASS, and perform failure analysis.
• Collaborate with design/manufacturing to implement design-for-reliability practices.
• Analyze test data and field returns to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Participate in FMEA, design reviews, and supplier process assessments.
• Use reliability modeling tools to predict lifespan and drive improvements.
