Air Methods is seeking highly skilled pilots to operate the Flight for Life Colorado program in Pueblo, CO. The role requires meeting strict minimums, including FAR/AIM compliance and extensive flight hours, with competitive pay and a sign-on bonus.

Compensation includes a base salary range ($82,900 to $93,251) plus an experience stipend up to $12,000 and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, along with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifikationen

• FAR/AIM and regulatory knowledge
• Proven ability to coordinate with EMS, hospitals and crew
• Experience flying in category within the last 24 months

Aufgaben

• Operates Air Methods aircraft safely and legally.
• completes pre-flight checks including Daily Flight Log.
• Has final authority for flight operations and safety of passengers, cargo and equipment.
• Familiar with aircraft and medical systems of backup aircraft in use at the area.
• Completes required documentation for flights.
• Performs detailed flight planning with short notice.
• Participates in meetings, projects and outreach activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
