Air Methods, the leader in air medical transport, seeks pilots for the Flight for Life Colorado program. The role requires meeting Flight for Life minimums and performing pre-flight, flight operations, and safety duties across a EMS-focused area.

Salary ranges from $82,900 to $93,251 per year with experience stipends up to $12,000 and a $15,000 sign-on bonus; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are included, with a 12-hour shift schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 3,000 hours of flight experience total.
• Over 250 hours of high altitude / mountain flight experience.
• ATP rating in category and fixed wing multiengine rating required.
• Instrument rating required.
• Commercial single-engine rating required.

Aufgaben

• Operates aircraft in a safe and legal manner.
• Completes pre-flight checks and daily flight log sign-off.
• Maintains command authority for aircraft safety.
• Ensures medical interior and systems readiness with the flight team.
• Completes required documentation and flight planning.
• Participates in meetings, projects, and community outreach.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
