Job summary

iFLY Paramus is hiring a Front Desk/ CSR - Key Holder (Shift Leader) to sell the iFLY experience with strong customer service and sales skills. This on-site role offers a base hourly rate, potential commissions, and a pathway to leadership through Key Holder designation.

You will greet guests, manage opening/closing tasks, maintain safety, and help drive guest satisfaction across shifts. Requires a high school diploma, weekend availability, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team.
• Able to work weekends and stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
