iFLY Miami is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet guests, explain the wind tunnel experience, and guide them through their flight day with exceptional hospitality.

You will use strong sales skills to recommend experiences and merchandise, while ensuring smooth check-ins and adherence to safety policies. Join a vibrant team that makes every guest feel like part of the fly community.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for about eight hours daily while using a POS system.
• Excellent guest-facing communication with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to de-escalate situations and provide a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set expectations for their visit.
• Listen to guests and recommend flight experiences, gifts, and merchandise.
• Check guests in and ensure flight sessions run on schedule.
• Maintain hospitable atmosphere and assist waiting guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Switch between tasks, e.g., reservations by phone and in-person tours.
• Tag and display merchandise per visual standards.
• Reach out to guests to confirm reservations and waivers.
• Regularly clean and maintain areas of the facility and grounds.
• Capture photos/videos for guests and social channels.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
• Represent iFLY at off-site events to drive reservations and gift vouchers.
