Job summary

iFLY Holdings, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Lafayette Park, PA. The CSR will sell indoor skydiving experiences and serve as the first point-of-contact to customers. Applicants should possess strong selling, communication, and customer service skills.

Competitive salary starts at $20/hour for the first 30 days, transitioning to $12/hour plus commissions. We offer paid time off, 401k, and additional employee benefits including free flight time for team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Confidence in phone and face-to-face communication.
• Ability to resolve conflicts, to multi-task, and to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote customer safety throughout their time in the wind tunnel and facility.
• Actively listen to guests to recommend and sell experiences.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to excite customers.
• Resolve product/service issues by clarifying complaints and selecting appropriate solutions.
• Stock merchandise, clean the facility, and operate the wind tunnel as needed.
