Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to obtain an AOA badge and customs clearance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts; 24/7 operations.
• Ability to read dispatch sheets and routing details.

Responsibilities

• Review flight dispatch sheets and confirm routing against the daily schedule.
• Serve as main liaison between SkyChefs and airline partners.
• Update gate, ship numbers, and routing details in systems.
• Communicate gate changes and cancellations in real time.
• Prepare reports for airline customers.
• Manage airline equipment inventory and orders.
• Handle customs documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Use ACE and airline systems to process information.
• Support operations with administrative tasks.
