Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligibility to serve in the United States Navy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet age, medical, vision, and dental standards.
• Background screening and suitability.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
• Willingness to work in safety-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Support aircraft launch and recovery operations in operational environments.
• Assist with aircraft handling, movement, spotting, and securing on flight decks.
• Operate aviation support equipment and systems.
• Perform inspections and checks before and after equipment use.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on aviation support gear.
• Support safety practices including FOD prevention and emergency readiness.
• Assist with emergency response and training drills.
• Support administrative and maintenance control activities as required.
