Job summary

CTS International is seeking an engaged and motivated Associate or Mid-Level Flight Deck Design Engineer to join our skilled team in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will lead the development and documentation of component designs while collaborating with various teams to enhance aircraft safety and functionality.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and have 2+ years of experience. Strong PDM, CATIA, and ENOVIA experience is required. This position offers a contract of 12+ months with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and usually 2+ years of experience in engineering.
• Experience with model-based engineering software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document component and detail design efforts.
• Lead cross-functional technical coordination with various teams.
• Identify problems and implement corrective actions.
