Responsabilités

• Assist with boarding procedures and ensure timely departures.
• Handle passenger inquiries, resolve common issues, and escalate complex problems.
• Complete and verify flight-related documentation and manifests.
• Coordinate with ground operations, pilots, and other staff for smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety, security, and regulatory procedures.
