Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
• 120+ months of experience in C programming, aerospace software DO-178, safety-critical SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a world-class flight software team.
• Coordinate flight software development, verification, and certification.
• Define and document streamlined software development and verification processes for safety-critical software.
• Collaborate with certification and safety teams to develop the PSAC.
• Guide architecture and design of in-house software to enable testing.
• Lead SOI audits 1 to 4 and ensure DO-178C objectives.
• Oversee tool qualification to DO330 and monitor KPI to improve safety and efficiency.
• Foster collaboration and personal development.
