Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum four years of experience in test engineering.
• Experience with schematic capture and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of GIT and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in a team using CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test procedures for avionics hardware components and systems.
• Develop/support test software using Python, C/C++, LabVIEW within a CI/CD framework.
• Design and integrate electrical assemblies including cables and harnesses for test systems.
• Support test systems that simulate real-world conditions for avionics components.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and mechanical engineers to optimize product performance.
• Document test requirements, procedures, and results using digital engineering tools.
• Apply 'test-like-you-fly' methodologies to ensure products meet mission requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide technical recommendations.
• Participate in review boards and technical interchange meetings with customers and suppliers.
