  • Support on-going production efforts, including timely resolution of build problems at Boeing and supplier manufacturing facilities; identifying and implementing design improvements to build accuracy, build rate, and production line safety; and timely resolution of rejections, functional test failures and flight squawks.
  • Support global fleet operations, including subject matter expert consultation for airline and regulator queries; participate in and lead resolution efforts to resolve Service Related Problems (SRP); and analyze reported flight incidents to provide recommendations to the Safety Review Board (SRB) for Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP) determinations.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally within and outside Boeing, including manufacturing, avionics, crew-ops, airplane safety, aerodynamics, supply chain management, BCA systems software, suppliers, airline customers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Gather, define and document system-level requirements to support flight control and mechanical hydraulic requirement definition.
