Job summary

TriHealth is looking for a Clinical Training Specialist who will directly impact patient outcomes by delivering innovative, simulation-based training while partnering with expert care teams. In this role, you will prepare and coordinate clinical training programs, ensuring that both internal and external healthcare providers meet their educational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Respiratory Therapy, along with specialized training or experience in clinical education. You will utilize cutting-edge technology and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance educational offerings in a mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Nursing, Clinical Education or Respiratory Therapy.
• 1-2 years of professional healthcare experience as a staff educator or nurse leader.
• Registered Nurse or Registered Respiratory Therapist required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, conduct and coordinate clinical training programs for in-hospital and out-of-hospital clinicians.
• Work with clinical teams to ensure continuing education needs are met.
• Track and analyze training metrics using a variety of education platforms.
