Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to support PMA-265 and the Airworthiness and CyberSafe Office (ACO) at NAVAIR in Patuxent River, Maryland. The role focuses on coordinating flight clearance products and ensuring timely data delivery to engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have DoD aviation knowledge, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment; an active SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of related experience; or 12 years without degree.
• 0 Experience in flight clearance facilitation and DoD aviation operations is desired.
• 0 Experience with NAVAIR/NAWCAD processes is highly desirable.
• 0 Must be a U.S. citizen with an active SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage flight clearance products for F/A-18 platforms.
• Develop content, manage flight clearance data, and support engineering reviews.
• Coordinate weekly inputs for planned flight clearances and support customer questions.
• Receive, track, and process flight clearance Naval messages and requests.
