Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to join the PMA-265 program in support of NAVAIR at Patuxent River, MD. You will manage flight clearance products, coordinate approvals, and provide data-driven support to engineers and customers.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, DoD aviation exposure, and an active SECRET clearance. Expect on-site work with strong collaboration across teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of experience, or 12 years without a degree.
• Experience with flight clearance facilitation and DoD aviation operations is desired.
• Active SECRET clearance is required.
• Experience with CMP and ePower database tracking is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage flight clearance products for F/A-18 and related platforms.
• Develop content and support airworthiness approvals through engineering reviews.
• Serve as single point of contact for clearance information and data submissions.
• Track and process Navy messages and flight clearance requests daily.
