Responsibilities

• Coordinate meal counts with customer counts for each day’s flights.
• Review assigned flights with onboard service crew.
• Handle calls, logs, and paperwork; communicate problems and delays.
• Communicate flight components, passenger counts, and meals to onboard staff.
