Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• 2+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead flight schedule development across multiple time horizons with cross-functional units.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on network design and capacity investments.
• Develop and optimize capacity plans and network strategy for cost efficiency and service quality.
• Evaluate tradeoffs between customer needs and cost to drive aligned decisions.
