Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of experience manufacturing wire harnesses or electro-mechanical sub-assemblies.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with PCBA soldering including 0402 packages and high-density ICs.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (SVN, Confluence, JIRA).
• Color vision and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Build test systems, electromechanical assemblies, and test fixtures.
• Design and build electrical harnessing for flight avionics.
• Perform rework on PCBAs.
• Design and document test systems and wiring diagrams based on test equipment.
• Interpret engineering documentation and provide feedback.
• Read and work from schematics, BOMs, and drawings.
• Self-monitor work progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with production processes for first-time production runs.
• Support qualification tests by setting up tests and running software.
