What You'll Do Onboard.

As a Flight Attendant with Eastern Air Express, you are the face of our operation. Your role extends far beyond routine service—you’ll be responsible for safety, comfort, and creating a smooth journey for every customer.

• Before takeoff: participate in preflight briefings, run through safety checks, and help prepare the aircraft. Ensure all food, beverages, and supplies are stocked and ready.
• During boarding: greet passengers warmly, verify boarding passes, answer questions, assist with luggage, and offer extra help to anyone who needs it.
• In-flight: perform safety demonstrations, explain emergency equipment and exit‑row requirements, use the onboard audio system to keep customers informed, walk the aisles regularly to ensure passenger comfort and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to unexpected situations quickly and calmly—provide emergency first aid, direct passengers during an evacuation, or complete injury and incident reports.
• At the end of each flight: help prepare the cabin for landing, follow all company and federal procedures, and submit the required paperwork.

What We're Looking For.

• Authorized to work in the United States and hold a U.S. passport that will not expire within six months.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or higher education.
• Minimum availability of eighteen days per month.
• Pass all required drug and alcohol screenings, including the pre‑employment DOT drug test and a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).
• Maintain a personal cell phone for work‑related communication.
• Speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
• Legally able to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Previous customer service experience (hospitality or retail experience is a strong plus).
• Ability to travel to Canada and maintain valid travel documents with no restrictions preventing entry to any international destinations we serve.

Physical and Schedule Requirements.

• Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, stretch, and bend for periods of up to 14 hours or more.
• Work variable blocks of duty days each month, with possible extended periods away from home.
• Be away from your home base as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Attend and successfully complete Initial Flight Attendant training and Operational Experience.

Appearance and Professional Conduct.

Maintain a polished, conservative appearance at all times while on duty. No visible tattoos or body piercings are permitted—there are no exceptions to this policy.
