Join the Breeze Crew: Seriously Nice Flight Attendants Wanted in Fort Myers. Are you looking for a part‑time role that actually feels like an adventure? Breeze Airways is hiring “Seriously Nice” Flight Attendants to join our RSW Crew Base at Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, stay calm when things get chaotic, and believe kindness matters, this could be the perfect fit. This is a part‑time position with a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours. Just keep in mind that you will need to live within a two‑hour drive of the airport, successfully complete our initial training, and be ready to embrace the Breeze way—Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence.
As a flight attendant, you will be an equal parts safety expert, hospitality pro, and problem‑solver. You’ll welcome guests with a warm smile and help with luggage, calmly explain evacuation procedures or handle tense situations with empathy, stay present and approachable, regularly check on passengers, serve meals and drinks maintaining top hygiene standards, and keep the cabin and galley organized—often in tight quarters. You’ll also be comfortable with technology, using and explaining Breeze’s inflight tools to guests. Schedules can shift due to weather, delays, or operational needs, so flexibility is essential. You may also be asked to pitch in with other departments from time to time. Safety remains priority one: providing clear emergency instructions, administering first‑aid if needed, conducting security screenings, and completing our Autism Awareness Training. Throughout, you’ll remain professional, composed, and kind—even under serious pressure.
Beyond the basics, we’re looking for people who can turn challenges into solutions, think independently while collaborating as part of a team, and handle difficult situations with grace. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict de‑escalation skills go a long way here.
Ready to Be Seriously Nice? If this sounds like your kind of role—rewarding, active, and full of real human moments we’d love to see your application. Come join a team that actually means it when we say kindness matters.
