Eastern Air Express in the United States is seeking a 737 First Officer to operate on a home-based schedule. The role guarantees a minimum of 72 flight hours per month and requires an FAA ATP, First-Class Medical Certificate, and multi-engine (B-737) type rating.

Strong FAR knowledge and communication skills are essential. The FO will support the Captain in safe, efficient flight operations, maintain a current medical certificate, and comply with all FAA regulations and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2,000 hours total flight time (minimum)
• Minimum 500 hours in turbojet aircraft
• FAA First-Class Medical Certificate required
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit required
• Valid driver’s license and valid passport
• English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance record

General

This position guarantees a minimum of seventy-two (72) flight hours per month and reports directly to the Chief Pilot . The ideal candidate will hold a valid FAA ATP certificate , First-Class Medical Certificate , and be type-rated on multi-engine aircraft (B-737 type rating preferred). Candidates must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) , excellent communication skills, and the ability to uphold Eastern Air Express’s values in a fast-paced operational environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The First Officer (FO) supports the Captain in ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of every flight:
• Assist the Captain with the safe operation of the aircraft, passengers, cargo, and crew.
• Perform flight duties as delegated by the Captain and assume command if the Captain becomes incapacitated.
• Maintain awareness of Captain responsibilities and accept delegated authority as required.
• Ensure compliance with all FARs, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a current First-Class Medical Certificate and report any condition affecting flight fitness.
• Uphold professionalism, teamwork, and clear communication across all phases of flight.

Qualifications

• 2,000 hours total flight time, including at least 500 hours in turbojet aircraft.
• FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid passport with worldwide travel eligibility.
• English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong record of safety and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Narrow-body aircraft experience.
• Crew Resource Management (CRM) training/experience.

In addition:

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work schedules bid by seniority, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment DOT drug testing , alcohol testing , and criminal history records check (CHRC) .
