StretchLab Vinnin Square is seeking Athletic Trainers, Personal Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors, Sports Coaches, Occupational Therapists, Acupuncturists, Physical Therapists, and Dance/Yoga/Pilates Instructors to join our team as Flexologists.

As a Flexologist, you will create and deliver the best professional stretch experiences through one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients, while encouraging progress and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of hands-on training with clients in a fitness/health environment.
• Certification or license in one of the listed backgrounds or currently pursuing a related degree.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
• Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies
• Handle member concerns where applicable
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Assist sales associates and GM with studio tour and offsite events
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for clients

StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, Yoga, Pilates, and more. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program (FTP) ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session.

As a Flexologist, you will create and deliver the best professional stretch experience possible through one‑on‑one assisted stretches for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
• Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab polices and safety rules
• Handle member concerns where applicable
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and offsite events
• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands‑on training with clients.
• A certification and/or license in the following backgrounds is REQUIRED, OR you must be currently obtaining a degree in a related field: Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer/Sports Coach, Certified Pilates/Yoga/Dance Instructor, Licensed Occupational Therapist, or Licensed Physical Therapist/PT Aid.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes people of all ages and skill levels.
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
• Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals.
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies.
• Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program.
