StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/pilates instructors to join our team in Falls Church, VA. Our Flexologists provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group classes to help clients Live Long.

Starting as part-time positions with potential to grow to full-time as client books expand, the role offers flexible hours and opportunities to build a studio book while promoting mobility and wellness through StretchLab’s unique training program.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and mobility/flexibility.
• Experience as Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates/Yoga Instructor.
• Experience training clients in a fitness/health setting.
• Fitness certification is required.
• Excellent communication and empathy with clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients through sales and outreach to leads.
• Manage client care with notes and weekly recurring appointments.
• Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed.
• Maintain strong social media presence to grow membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain equipment for client use.
