Job summary

StretchLab is seeking passionate Flexologists to join our team in a part-time, hands-on role working directly with clients to improve mobility, recovery, and overall wellness. Training is provided and no prior stretching experience is required.

Expect flexible evenings/weekends and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include delivering personalized stretch sessions, educating clients on mobility, maintaining notes, and supporting studio operations.

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, wellness, or movement-based disciplines.
• Bachelor-level or higher in related field recommended.
• Certifications or degrees in movement-related disciplines are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client.
• Create a safe, professional, and engaging experience.
• Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistency.
• Build relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Maintain client notes and manage recurring sessions.
• Participate in light sales conversations (no prior sales experience required).
• Support studio operations and cleanliness.
